Glucoamylase is also called high conversion glucoamylase; Tony Glucoamylase is refined through deep liquid fermentation of excellent foreign strain (Aspergillusniger). Its series name is a-1, 4 glucan glucohydrolase, belonging to carbohydrase.
It is expansively applied in starch sugar industry and various anti-biotics, organic acid, alcohol, monosodum glutamate, wine, rice wine, beer and other industries cultured throughglucan fermentation.
Property:
The liquid type is pale brown and the solid type is yellowish brown powder.
Action Mode:
Glucoamylase is also called a-1, 4 glucohydrolase, starch a-1, 4 glucohydrolase and starch a-1, 4 glucosidase. From the non-reducing end of starch chain, a-1, 4 links can be cut off and a-1, 6 links can also be cut off slowly and conversed to glucan.
